CORGI Technical Services has expanded its team with the appointment of Kim Morris as Head of Training and Membership.

With extensive experience in managing, assessing and delivering training for qualifications in plumbing and gas, Kim had a key role at EAL (Excellence, Achievement & Learning Ltd) as an External Verifier for Gas and Plumbing qualifications. He was also a lecturer at Chichester College delivering plumbing and gas courses and was the Training Support Inspector at CAPITA for the Gas Safe Register and CORGI for over 18 years.

Claire Heyes, Joint CEO for CORGI Technical Services commented: “Kim will be a very valuable addition to the team at CORGI Technical Services. His knowledge and experience in developing, managing and assessing training for the gas industry makes him the ideal person to push forward our very successful training programme and the Association of Gas Safety Managers. Kim will be responsible for our existing VRQ qualification programme and will be tasked with developing it using his insight and innovation, so that we can continue to deliver the right training for anyone who has a responsibility for gas safety or needs to improve their awareness of gas safety issues. We are delighted to welcome Kim to the CORGI team.”
