Electrical Technical Safety Manager
Calum has worked in the electrical industry for over 20 years. Starting as an apprentice, then Electrician before making the leap to Supervision, on a mixture of Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial installations. After a stint in Lecturing teaching apprentices and short courses, Calum moved on to Electrical Installation and Compliance Manager at Oxford City Council, managing the Electrical Safety of around 10,000 properties. It was here that Calum held NICEIC Duty Holder and Qualified supervisor roles, whilst becoming a member of the AESM.
Following another spell back in teaching the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations for the likes of Napit and NICEIC, Calum returned to Social Housing as an Mechanical and Electrical Team Lead for Bromford, an association with 44,000 homes. Calum joins CORGI Technical Services as an Electrical Technical Safety Manager and an integral part of the CORGI technical team. Bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience in electrical safety, education and compliance.
