The ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards are the only awards dedicated solely to recognising excellence in housing safety and compliance. Every year they shine a light on the organisations, teams and individuals who are doing the hard work of keeping people safe in their homes, often under significant pressure, increasing scrutiny and a pace of regulatory change that shows no sign of slowing.
This year's shortlist is the strongest yet. Across 15 categories and a record number of entries, the judging panel has had an extraordinarily difficult task. What comes through clearly is the quality and ambition of the work being done across the sector — and that is something worth celebrating.
